About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

with a strong portfolio in

YouTube-specific design

. You'll be responsible for crafting eye-catching

thumbnails

, compelling

channel banners

, and other visual assets to help boost engagement and grow our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging and high-converting

YouTube thumbnails

that grab attention and drive clicks Create professional and on-brand

YouTube channel art

(banners, icons, etc.) Collaborate closely with video editors, content creators, and marketing team to align visuals with content themes Stay updated with

YouTube trends

, best practices, and algorithm-friendly design tactics Manage multiple design projects while maintaining consistency and meeting deadlines Maintain and organize a library of design assets
Requirements:

Proven experience designing for YouTube (please include portfolio) Strong skills in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

, or equivalent design tools Understanding of

color theory, typography, visual hierarchy

, and YouTube branding guidelines Ability to create

scroll-stopping thumbnails

that are optimized for mobile and desktop Creative thinker with a strong sense of storytelling through visuals Excellent time management and communication skills
Bonus Points:

Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Canva Pro, etc.) Familiarity with video editing and YouTube Studio Interest in YouTube culture and content trends across niches
