Job Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 10/06/2024
- Conceptualize, design, and edit graphics and videos across various mediums to showcase real estate properties and highlight their unique features and value propositions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the creative team to develop visual branding guidelines for real estate projects, ensuring consistency in design across all materials.
- Design marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and digital assets that effectively promote real estate properties.
- Create visually engaging presentations for client meetings, emphasizing property details, floor plans, and key selling points.
- Design digital assets for online marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email newsletters, and website visuals.
- Work closely with real estate agents, marketing professionals, and architects to align design efforts with project goals
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related projects.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects Pro (For Creating 2D Creative); Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator; Corel Draw; Adobe Premiere Pro (For Compiling GIFs); Final Cut Pro (For Creating basic video creative out of still assets) and video editing software.
- Knowledge of the latest design trends, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus.
