We are looking for an exceptionally creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphic Designer at [Company Name], you will lead and inspire our design team, ensuring the creation of visually stunning and compelling graphics and artwork across various mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and creative direction.
• Conceptualize and create high-quality, visually engaging designs for a variety of projects, including marketing collateral, digital campaigns, print materials, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and web development, to translate ideas and concepts into impactful visual designs.
• Develop and maintain a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all design assets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Review and approve final design materials before production or publication.
• Maintain and organize design assets and files for easy access and retrieval.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and strategies effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in mentoring or managing a design team.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• A deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with 3D design and modeling.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

• Patrika Nagar, Madhapur, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
