Key Responsibilities:

Create compelling visual designs for digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, flyers, posters). Design logos, illustrations, icons, and other graphical elements for branding and marketing purposes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet business goals. Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and brand guidelines. Prepare and optimize design files for both print and digital use. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our visuals fresh and engaging. Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders. Assist in the production of videos, animations, and other multimedia content as needed. Ensure all designs adhere to company branding standards and are delivered on time.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Graphic Designer

or in a similar role. Proficiency in design software such as

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects (digital and print). Understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles. Experience with web design and basic front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and creativity. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients. Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with

motion graphics

or

video editing

(Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with

UI/UX design

principles and tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). Knowledge of

print production

processes. Experience with

social media design

and

email marketing templates

. Basic knowledge of

3D design

is a plus.
