Job Description

Conceptualizing creative designs- Brand Identity, Logo Design, Packaging, Social Media Designs, and Videos for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams & external clients Oversee the design & production of online & offline marketing material to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner Create concepts that achieve business objectives and effectively tell a story Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind branding & marketing campaigns Design and produce a wide array of media Develop our company's brand to increase brand presence Communicate flawlessly across teams, driving concepts Use knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities

Skills Required:

Should have experience using designing tools. Advance level of Designing Skills such as Typography, Colour Theory, Layout Skills, etc. Exhibits creativity skills as required to ensure customer satisfaction Strong ethical behavior combined with passion, commitment, and drive for delivering high-quality designs in an efficient manner Working Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Demonstrates a positive attitude Applies a customer satisfaction-oriented approach in his/her daily tasks Ability to balance multiple, often vastly different projects and campaigns Self-aware & receptive to receiving and sharing feedback Knowledge of current Marketing, Branding & Advertising Trends

Qualification:

Degree/diploma course in graphic designing At least 1-2 years of creative design experience in graphic design, editing, animation, and/or producing video Knowledge of the following software: Photoshop,Premiere Pro Strong grasp of design, motion, color, and typography
