Key Responsibilities

Design Creation:

Design and create various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and product packaging.

Concept Development:

Develop and implement creative concepts that align with our brand guidelines and target audience.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure designs meet project objectives.

Design Trends:

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design work.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer.

Software Proficiency:

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator).

Portfolio:

Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Ethic:

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry Experience:

Experience in designing marketing materials for the Pharma sector.

Branding Knowledge:

Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.

Web Design:

Experience with website design and development.
