The candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and the ability to translate written or spoken ideas into designs that connect with our audience. The successful candidate should possess a strong understanding of typography, color, layout, create various types of media, including GIFs, videos, and 2D-3D images, and image manipulation to create visually appealing designs that clearly communicate our message.

Qualifications:? Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate course in graphic design, art, or a relatedfield.? Fresher or up to 1 year of professional graphic design experience is preferred.? written and verbal communication skills.? Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.? Ability to work independently and collaboratively.? Strong organizational and time management skills.? Proficiency in communicating and engaging effectively to moderate discussions andpresent information in a clear and compelling manner.? Ethical understanding of legal profession standards, particularly concerning indirectmarketing and engagement strategies.2 of 2Key Responsibilities:? Plan and illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy, consideringarrangement, size, type size, and style.? Utilize expertise in typography, color, layout, and image manipulation to createvisually appealing designs.? Design various media types, including GIFs, videos, 2D, and 3D images, to enhancebranding and marketing efforts.? Collaborate with team members to develop design concepts that align withorganizational standards and brand expectations.? Clearly communicate design decisions, both verbally and in writing.? Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while meetingdeadlines.Skills and Expertise:? High proficiency in Adobe products, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, andother emerging design software.? Basic knowledge of screen design tools like Sketch.? Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions effectively.? Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-pacedenvironment.? Knowledge of CSS (for web design), CAD software (for 3D design), and familiarity withnew design tools in the market.
