Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs and marketing materials to enhance brand identity and attract customers in the jewelry sector. The role demands a strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, market trends, and design principles specific to jewelry, ensuring the brand's visual communication resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Design and Creative Development

• Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, advertisements, and social media content.
• Create visually appealing product presentations, including 2D and 3D renders of jewelry designs.
• Design packaging, branding, and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.

2. Digital Content Creation

• Develop creative assets for online platforms, including website banners, email campaigns, and digital ads.
• Design graphics for social media posts, reels, and stories to engage and grow the brand's audience.
• Ensure all digital assets are optimized for different platforms and devices.

3. Collaboration with Teams

• Work closely with jewelry designers to create visual representations of jewelry concepts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that align with seasonal trends and promotional activities.
• Partner with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.

4. Trend Research

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, particularly in the luxury and jewelry industries.
• Incorporate modern and traditional design elements to appeal to a diverse customer base.

5. Branding and Identity

• Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity across all channels.
• Ensure consistency in design and branding across all marketing and promotional materials.

6. Technical Expertise

• Prepare artwork for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and specifications.
• Retouch and enhance images of jewelry products for marketing use.
• Manage and organize a library of design assets, templates, and files.

Required Skills and Qualifications : Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
• Experience in 3D modeling/rendering software (e.g., Rhino, KeyShot, or MatrixGold) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

Creative Skills :

• Ability to create designs that reflect luxury and elegance, catering to the jewelry sector's target audience.
• Strong visualization skills and attention to detail.

Other Skills :

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work, particularly in luxury or jewelry design.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

• Quality and creativity of designs produced.
• Timeliness in delivering projects.
• Engagement metrics for digital campaigns (e.g., likes, shares, click-through rates).
• Feedback from internal teams and clients on design quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
