Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the company's brand and message across various digital and print platforms. This role involves working closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce designs for advertisements, social media, websites, print materials, and more. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in using design software to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Creation:
• Develop and execute original graphic designs for marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, social media posts, websites, and other print or digital collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and produce designs that align with the company's brand guidelines and goals.
• Prepare final design files for print, web, and social media platforms, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity, maintaining consistency in style, colors, typography, and logo usage across all materials.
• Continuously update and refine the brand's visual identity as needed to reflect evolving trends and company goals.
• Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with other members of the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Provide design support for various internal teams, including product, sales, and customer service, by creating materials that support their objectives.
• Digital and Print Design:
• Design assets for both digital and print media, including website graphics, banners, email templates, posters, flyers, packaging, and more.
• Optimize designs for web and print applications, ensuring designs are compatible with different formats and responsive to various screen sizes.
• Project Management & Deadlines:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality output.
• Prioritize tasks and communicate progress and updates effectively with project managers or stakeholders.
• Feedback & Revisions:
• Receive and act on feedback from stakeholders, making necessary revisions and adjustments to designs.
• Ensure the final product meets client and team expectations.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and skills.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Knowledge of web design principles, including basic HTML/CSS and responsive design, is a plus.
• Creative & Communication Skills:
• Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Time Management:
• Ability to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
