Job Summary :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specializing in pouch printing. The ideal candidate will have experience designing artwork for packaging, specifically flexible pouches, ensuring that designs are visually appealing and practical for production. You will collaborate closely with the production team to create high-quality designs that meet various product branding standards and packaging requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design Creation : Develop creative and innovative designs for flexible pouch packaging, including layout, typography, color schemes, logos, and images that align with the brand and product specifications.
• Client Collaboration : Work directly with clients to understand their vision, product needs, and branding guidelines, translating those into pouch packaging designs.
• Mockups and Prototypes : Create digital mockups and product prototypes to present design concepts to clients and internal teams.
• File Management : Organize and manage design files, ensuring all artwork is stored correctly and easily accessible for future revisions or printing.
• Printing Process Collaboration : Collaborate with the production team to ensure the final design is print-ready, making necessary adjustments to accommodate printing limitations and requirements.
• Quality Assurance : Perform quality checks on print proofs and adjust designs as needed to ensure the highest quality production standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging design for flexible pouches or related packaging materials.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficient in Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of print processes and color theory.
• Experience with pre-press and file preparation for printing (e.g., preparing dielines, color separation, proofing).
• Knowledge of flexographic or gravure printing techniques is a plus.
• Creative Skills : Strong visual design and conceptualization abilities, with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color management.
• Communication : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions while adhering to technical specifications and brand guidelines.
