Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in designing tiles and ceramics catalogues. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail, creativity, and a deep understanding of design principles. This role involves creating visually appealing and market-driven catalogues that effectively showcase our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Catalogue Design: Lead the design and layout of product catalogues for tiles and ceramics, ensuring they are visually compelling and align with the brand's aesthetic.

Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts and strategies for new collections and product launches.

Visual Content Creation: Create high-quality visual content, including product images, illustrations, and infographics for use in catalogues, digital marketing, and other promotional materials.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's identity and guidelines across all materials.

Photography Direction: Work closely with photographers to ensure product images are captured according to design specifications and brand standards.

Quality Control: Oversee the final output of designs to ensure high quality and accuracy before printing or digital publication.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques to keep the brand's materials fresh and relevant.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure design efforts align with overall business objectives.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a specific focus on tiles, ceramics, or related industries.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Blender), knowledge of print production processes, and experience with 3D rendering software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
