Key Responsibilities:
• Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and print.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design layouts that align with brand guidelines.
• Produce high-quality designs from concept to completion, ensuring all graphics are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with our marketing objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
• Work with other departments to produce assets for presentations, events, and promotional materials.
• Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare and optimize files for print and digital use, ensuring proper resolution and formats.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creative problem-solving.
