Job Description

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative assets including banners, social media graphics, brochures, logos, websites, and more, ensuring all designs are in line with the company's brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and translate ideas into visual content.
• Design layouts, illustrations, and graphics for a wide range of mediums (digital, print, video).
• Prepare and refine rough drafts to present ideas for approval.
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner, meeting deadlines while maintaining the quality of work.
• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to produce innovative and engaging content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and importance.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and ensure final visuals meet the required specifications.
• Work with external printers or production teams as necessary to ensure proper production of final designs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with UX/UI design is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work (please include a link or attachments when applying).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for design.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
