We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. As a Graphic Designer at Gruham Developers, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing various marketing collaterals that effectively communicate our brand message, enhance our marketing efforts, and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for print and digital mediums, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, digital ads, email templates, social media graphics, and website assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts that align with Gruham Developers' brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Ensure all designs are cohesive, consistent, and aligned with brand standards across all platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of experience as graphic designer
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs that meet project objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in any firm preferable
