Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer/Visualizer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of visual communication, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work across various mediums.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for a wide range of projects, including print and digital assets, branding materials, advertising campaigns, and more.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs that effectively communicate the intended message and brand identity.
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow as designers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, pitch meetings, and client presentations, contributing creative ideas and insights to enhance project outcomes.

Key Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1 to 2 years working as a graphic designer or visualizer, preferably in a creative agency or design studio environment.
• Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring and developing junior designers.
• Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, and/or UI/UX design is a plus.
