Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity, technical skills, and ability to work on various design projects. This role involves creating visual content for both digital and print media, collaborating with different departments, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, advertisements, and product packaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design software to ensure the use of the latest techniques and best practices.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and ensure final outputs meet the desired objectives.
• Maintain organized files and documentation of all design projects.
• Adapt to flexible working hours, accommodating both IST and EST shifts as required to ensure timely communication and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creative solutions.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience in video editing and animation is an advantage.
