Job Description

Responsibilities will include:-

-Knowledge and experience in creating brochures, marketing material, common business collateral, branding & working with images.

- Should know about working/designing in the real estate field.- Solid experiences with designing tool Corel Draw.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest design trends.

- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.

-Responsible for understanding requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including logos, layouts, and photos.

- Ability to create creative designs for Social Media, Creating Ad copies, websites, etc.

- Must have Knowledge and skills in designing & developing Print Media Graphics such as: Corporate Stationery, Posters, Hoardings, etc.

Skills Required: -

-You have at least 2 years of experience, ideally in Graphic Design,

- You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.

- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.

- You have good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw.- Experience within Real Estate would be precious.

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month
