Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing for eCommerce brands and possess a strong creative flair. As a Graphic Designer Executive, you will be responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing designs across multiple platforms, ensuring they align with the brand's goals and objectives. This role requires a candidate with a solid understanding of design principles, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Creative Design:

Develop and execute high-quality visual content, including banners, social media graphics, email templates, and website designs, tailored to eCommerce brands.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements, creating visually cohesive and effective design assets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs effectively communicate the brand message and drive user engagement.

Client Collaboration:

Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their creative needs, design preferences, and project goals.

Present design concepts and ideas, incorporating client feedback to deliver final, polished designs.

Project Management:

Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of work while meeting tight deadlines.

Prioritize tasks efficiently and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.

Trend Awareness and Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest design trends, particularly in the eCommerce space.

Incorporate modern and innovative design concepts to ensure a fresh, engaging look across all client projects.

Quality Assurance:

Review and refine all design deliverables, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

Software Proficiency:

Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for all design work.

Qualifications and Experience:

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

1.5 - 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on eCommerce or digital brands.

A strong portfolio showcasing creative designs, especially for online or eCommerce brands.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.

Understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and branding.

Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and clients.

Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Compensation:

Salary of up to ?25,000 per month (depending on experience).
