Job Description

Position Summary: Graphic designers are pivotal in conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual communication materials to effectively convey ideas, messages and concepts. This role requires akeen eye for design aesthetics, proficiency in various design software tools and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality graphic solutions that meet the objectives of the organization. Key Responsibilities:1. Conceptualization and Ideation:? Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives and target audience.? Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with the brand identity andmessaging.? Translate conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs across various mediums such as print, digital and multimedia.2. Graphic Design:? Develop visual assets including logos, illustrations, infographics, layouts and theographic elements.? Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics and presentations.? Ensure consistency in design elements, typography and color schemes across allmaterials.3. Software Proficiency:? Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.? Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques and software advancements to enhance design channels.4. Brand Identity and Guidelines:? Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual representation acrossall communication channels.? Assist in the development and evolution of brand identity elements such as logos,colour palettes and typography.5. Collaboration and Communication:? Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product and contentteams to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions.? Communicate design concepts, rationale and recommendations effectively tostakeholders and team members.6. Project Management:? Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment.? Coordinate with external vendors such as printers and suppliers to ensure thequality and timely delivery of printed materials.7. Quality Assurance:? Conduct thorough quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to project specifications.? Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders to achieve desiredoutcomes.8. Continuous Improvements:? Proactively seek feedback, learn from experiences and explore opportunities for skilldevelopment and improvement.? Participate in design critiques, workshops and training sessions to enhance designproficiency and creativity.Qualifications and Skills:? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.? Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasingcreative design projects.? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevantdesign software.? Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout techniques.? Excellent communication, collaboration and time-management skills.? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptableapproach to changing priorities.? Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs that exceedexpectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
