Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual design, a keen eye for detail, and experience creating compelling designs across various mediums. You will be responsible for designing and producing engaging digital and print content to elevate our brand's visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create innovative and visually appealing designs for both print and digital platforms. Design marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, banners, flyers, social media graphics, web layouts, and more. Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all designs align with brand standards. Develop and produce designs for internal and external communications. Work on design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and providing high-quality outputs. Ensure consistency and accuracy of design elements across various platforms and mediums. Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and software tools to continuously improve skills and creativity. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Communicate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role (2+ years preferred). Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity. Experience in both print and digital design. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
