Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and create high-quality graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, banners, social media posts, presentations, and websites.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to design campaigns and promotional materials that align with the company's branding.

Conceptualize and execute designs for logos, infographics, and other visual content.

Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and materials while adhering to brand guidelines.

Edit and improve designs based on team feedback and project requirements.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent software.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with video editing and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design is an added advantage.

Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
