Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for our brand. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital and print design, a strong portfolio, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to understand design concepts that align with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, visually appealing designs for various marketing materials including digital media, print, social media, and websites.
• Work closely with marketing, branding, and product teams to produce creative solutions that meet project goals.
• Develop and manage design concepts from the initial idea to final production.
• Prepare files for printing and digital use, ensuring all designs are properly formatted and meet company standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and software tools.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and consistency across all platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of web design, typography, and layout principles.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including examples of digital and print designs.
• Understanding of design trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with social media content creation and branding.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
