Job Responsibilities for Graphic Designer with Property Image and Video Editing Skills, and Data Entry

Key Responsibilities

Property Image Editing

• Image Enhancement : Edit and enhance property images to make them look professional and visually appealing.
• Retouching : Adjust lighting, colors, and clarity to ensure high-quality images for marketing and promotional use.
• Image Optimization : Resize and optimize images for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Creative Touch : Add visual elements like overlays, text, or branding to property images as needed.

Video Editing

• Property Videos : Create and edit property walkthrough videos for marketing purposes using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Video Enhancement : Improve video quality by adding transitions, music, text overlays, and branding elements.
• Short Clips : Produce engaging short video clips for social media and promotional campaigns.
• Video Optimization : Ensure videos are formatted for different platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

Data Entry & Management

• Data Input : Enter and update property listings, client details, and other relevant information accurately into the company database.
• Record Keeping : Maintain organized and updated records of properties, images, and videos.
• Report Creation : Generate basic reports to assist the team with property updates or client queries.

General Responsibilities

• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand requirements and deliver projects on time.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Design Tools : Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.
• Editing Expertise : Strong experience in editing property images and videos for real estate marketing.
• Data Entry Skills : Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with attention to detail.
• Tech Skills : Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.
• Portfolio : A portfolio showcasing previous image and video editing projects.
• Experience : At least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively and take constructive feedback.
