We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with at least 6 months of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, possess a keen eye for detail, and be able to bring concepts to life visually across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to produce high-quality designs that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:
• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts based on creative briefs and project requirements.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content teams, to produce graphics that support campaigns and product launches.
• Take feedback constructively and make necessary revisions to designs based on input from stakeholders.
• Creative Ideation:
• Conceptualize and execute original design ideas that effectively communicate the desired message or concept.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, design tools, and techniques to ensure cutting-edge work.
• File Management:
• Prepare and organize all files for delivery, ensuring they are in the correct format and ready for print or digital use.
• Maintain an archive of design assets for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience in graphic design, either freelance or in-house.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Familiarity with other tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch is a plus.
• Creativity & Aesthetic Sense: Strong creative skills with the ability to visualize concepts and communicate ideas effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality designs with precision and attention to detail.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Ability to present design ideas clearly and confidently.

Preferred:

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is advantageous.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
