Job Description

1. Conceptualising and Visualising

• Understand project briefs, objectives, and target audience.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions.
• Translate ideas into visually appealing designs.

2. Designing Visual Content

• Create graphics for print and digital platforms, such as:
• Logos, banners, and brochures.
• Social media posts, infographics, and email templates.
• Packaging, signage, and advertisements.
• Ensure designs are visually engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.

3. Software Proficiency

• Use design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other relevant software to craft designs.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in graphic design.

4. Collaboration

• Work with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
• Incorporate feedback to improve and finalise designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are functional and aesthetic.

5. Branding and Identity

• Maintain consistency in brand representation across all design outputs.
• Update and refine brand assets as required.

6. Project Management

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Adhere to budget and resource constraints.

7. Research and Innovation

• Stay updated with design trends and competitor analysis.
• Experiment with new styles and techniques to improve design quality.

8. Quality Assurance

• Review designs for errors or inconsistencies before publishing or printing.
• Ensure visual content is optimised for different platforms (web, print, mobile).

9. Adapting to Feedback

• Respond positively to constructive criticism.
• Revise designs based on client or stakeholder feedback.

10. Compliance

• Ensure all designs comply with copyright laws and licensing agreements.
• Maintain a library of resources and design elements for future use.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
