Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Photoshop, Corel Draw, and InDesign , with a strong background in character design and the ability to develop compelling creative concepts . This role requires expertise in using Adobe Creative Cloud tools to produce high-quality designs that are visually striking and aligned with the brand's identity. As a Graphic Designer, you will work on a wide variety of projects, from branding and marketing materials to digital content and illustrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design Creation: Design and produce visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, social media posts, website visuals, banners, and marketing collateral.
• Character Design: Create unique and engaging characters for branding, animation, and promotional purposes, ensuring they align with the brand's voice and aesthetic.
• Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute original ideas that support brand strategies and marketing goals.
• Brand Identity Design: Help develop and maintain the brand's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other key design elements.
• Content for Digital Platforms: Design graphics and layouts for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, and digital ads.
• Adobe Creative Cloud Expertise: Utilize tools like Photoshop , Corel Draw , InDesign , and other Adobe Creative Suite applications to create high-quality, professional designs.
• Print Design: Produce print-ready designs for a range of materials, including flyers, posters, business cards, packaging, and other promotional materials.
• File Management: Ensure all designs are properly formatted, optimized, and organized for both digital and print production.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to align design work with campaign strategies and brand messaging.
• Feedback & Revisions: Take direction and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and deliver final creative work that meets expectations.
• Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of current design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure fresh, modern, and relevant design output.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Corel Draw, and InDesign for designing and creating high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
• Strong skills in character design and the ability to develop unique, memorable characters that align with brand identity.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools and a strong understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.
• Strong creative concept development skills with the ability to turn ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy in all aspects of design.
• Solid understanding of print production and the ability to design print-ready files, including knowledge of file formats and resolution requirements.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and present design concepts effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• A passion for design and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in animation or motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or other similar tools.
• Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS for creating digital assets that are web-friendly.
• Experience with UI/UX design and understanding of how to create designs that enhance user experience.
• Knowledge of video editing or sound design to create multimedia projects that combine design and motion.
• Familiarity with digital illustration and the ability to produce vector artwork in Corel Draw or Illustrator .

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
