Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist who combines a passion for creative design with technical skills in SEO, paid social media advertising, and video editing. The ideal candidate will help shape our brand's digital presence by creating visually compelling assets, optimizing content for search engines, managing paid media campaigns, and producing engaging video content. Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design:
• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print materials (e.g., social media posts, website graphics, email templates, banners, infographics, and promotional materials).
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
• Develop design concepts from scratch and iterate based on feedback to meet campaign objectives.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content strategies.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, alt text, backlinking, and content optimization.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush and provide regular reports on improvements and opportunities.
• Paid Social Media Advertising (Meta Ads):
• Manage, optimize, and analyze paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Develop ad copy, creative, and targeting strategies tailored to specific campaigns.
• Monitor and adjust ad performance, ensuring budget adherence and ROI optimization.
• Report on campaign performance and use insights to refine strategies.
• Video Editing:
• Create compelling video content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos, including adding graphics, animations, music, and voiceovers.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure video content aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Manage video assets and ensure all content meets quality standards and is delivered on time.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, SEO, video editing, and social media advertising.
• Skills:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design/video editing tools.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with video editing tools, including Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and trends.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving and ability to think outside the box.
