Job Overview:
DVMART is looking for a talented and self-driven Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our brand's vision to life through exceptional design, from concept to execution. This position requires someone who is skilled in Adobe Photoshop, can work independently after initial training as per company's requirement , and can manage a variety of design tasks, including creating marketing materials, social media graphics, and website banners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and visually appealing designs for a variety of platforms, including brochures, pamphlets, and other promotional materials.
• Design website banners in various sizes and orientations that align with brand aesthetics and marketing strategies.
• Conceptualize and execute original ideas for social media posts and schedule them across multiple platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
• Create a cohesive visual brand identity that reflects DVMART's values and mission.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and interpret project briefs, objectives, and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our visuals remain fresh and competitive.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of additional Adobe Creative Suite software is a plus.
• Experience in designing brochures, pamphlets, and other print materials.
• Strong sense of design, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently after training and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with social media post creation and scheduling tools.
• Ability to adapt to various brand aesthetics and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in e-commerce or a similar retail environment.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Familiarity with other design tools like Adobe Illustrator or Canva.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
