Job Title: Graphic Designer & Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives.
2. Content Creation and Optimization:
- Create compelling and shareable content tailored for each social media platform.
- Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.
3. Platform Management:
- Manage and administer all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and image.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithms to enhance social media performance.
4. Community Engagement:
- Foster and engage with the online community through comments, messages, and discussions.
- Implement strategies to grow and nurture our online community.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media analytics to track the success of campaigns and overall performance.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, and suggest improvements accordingly.
6. Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborative campaigns.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Optimization Executive or similar role.
2. Demonstrable experience in managing social media platforms and implementing successful SMO strategies.
3. Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
4. Strong creative and analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
