We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer proficient in creating compelling video ads, dynamic web graphics, engaging reels, and innovative creative content. As a vital member of our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with marketing managers, content creators, and other stakeholders to deliver visually stunning and effective design solutions across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Ads Creation:
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and design impactful video ads tailored for digital marketing campaigns.
• Utilize motion graphics, animation, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Ensure video ads adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
• Web Graphics Design:
• Design visually appealing web graphics including banners, icons, buttons, and infographics.
• Optimize graphics for web performance and user experience across different devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with web developers to integrate graphics seamlessly into websites and landing pages.
• Reels and Short-form Content:
• Create attention-grabbing reels and short-form videos optimized for social media platforms.
• Experiment with formats, trends, and techniques to maximize engagement and reach.
• Stay updated with social media platform changes and best practices for content creation.
• Creative Content Development:
• Generate creative concepts and design solutions that align with marketing objectives and target audience preferences.
• Produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including social media posts, email templates, and promotional materials.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual storytelling across all design projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing proficiency in video ad creation, web graphics, reels, and creative content.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other relevant design and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital media and video production.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
