Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create visually compelling content across various media. You will work closely with different departments to develop and execute engaging and on-brand graphics.
Responsibilities:
• Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain the company's brand identity.
• Create visual content for the company's website and other digital platforms.
• Work with the product team to design packaging and other product-related graphics.
• Develop and maintain a library of design assets and templates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to ensure the company's visual content remains fresh and innovative.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to take constructive criticism and make necessary adjustments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.
