Job Responsibilities:

• Design Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop visual concepts and designs for various projects, including advertisements, branding materials, social media content, and more.
• Graphic Design: Create compelling and visually appealing graphics, illustrations, layouts, and digital artwork that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Brand Identity: Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identities for clients, ensuring consistency across all platforms and mediums.
• Content Creation: Design engaging and creative content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, banners, infographics, and email newsletters.
• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their design needs, provide creative solutions, and incorporate feedback to deliver high-quality designs that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other team members to integrate graphic elements seamlessly into multimedia projects.
• Quality Control: Ensure all designs and artwork produced adhere to quality standards, brand guidelines, and project timelines.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for aesthetics and design principles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
