Graphic Designer (Digital) needed in a Financial Institution in Bandra East, Mumbai.Immediate Joining.Seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visually stunning and engaging content for Organization's digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital design, expertise in UX/UI, motion graphics, and social media, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a critical member of the creative team, youll work closely with the Art Director to bring Company's vision to life across multiple digital touchpoints.Key Responsibilitiesxe2x97x8f Create digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, ads, and presentations.xe2x97x8f Design visually appealing UX/UI elements for website and digital interfaces.xe2x97x8f Develop motion graphics and animations for videos, social media content, and ad campaigns.xe2x97x8f Ensure all designs align with brand identity, maintaining consistency across touchpoints.xe2x97x8f Work with the Art Director to evolve and refine the brands visual style.xe2x97x8f Partner with content writers, video producers, and marketing managers to execute campaign ideas.xe2x97x8f Support the Art Director in ideation and brainstorming sessions.xe2x97x8f Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to create fresh, impactful visuals.xe2x97x8f Experiment with new techniques, including Generative AI tools, to enhance design processes.xe2x97x8f Masterfully use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma for design projects.Qualificationsxe2x97x8f Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.xe2x97x8f 2+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI, motion graphics, and social media content.xe2x97x8f Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.xe2x97x8f Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.xe2x97x8f Experience in creating motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns.xe2x97x8f Familiarity with website design best practices and user experience (UX/UI).xe2x97x8f A proactive and collaborative mindset, with excellent attention to detail.xe2x97x8f Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Only local candidates are needed.
