Job Overview We\'re seeking a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer with a keen understanding of social media platforms. As a key member of our team, you\'ll be responsible for developing from scratch the industry-led creative and visually appealing t-shirt designs and converting them into trending graphics leading to increased customer conversions across all digital platforms. Roles & Responsibilities 1. T-shirt Design \xc2\xb7 Design trend setting t-shirt designs that captures the essence of a streetwear brand \xc2\xb7 Ensure designs are print-ready and align with the unique aesthetic of our t-shirt collections \xc2\xb7 Create eye-catching and innovative visual content for digital platforms, including social media posts, reels and advertisements on our digital platforms 2. Social Media Management \xc2\xb7 Stay abreast of fashion and design trends on social media platforms for all streetwear industry \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement engaging social media strategies that spotlight our t-shirt designs \xc2\xb7 Schedule and share visually appealing content across various digital platforms 3. Content Analytics and Optimisation \xc2\xb7 Monitor social media analytics to track the performance of graphic content and adjust strategies accordingly \xc2\xb7 Implement A/B testing for visuals to determine the most effective design elements that resonate with our target audience REQUIREMENTS: 1. Proficient in Adobe illustrator and photoshop 2. Ability to convey design concepts effectively 3. Knowledge of social media platforms and their unique features for promoting fashion brands (both organic and advertising) 4. Understanding of social media analytics 5. Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback 6.
