: As a Graphic Designer at Phailaav, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our creative team in conceptualizing and executing visually stunning designs across various platforms. From digital assets to print collateral, you\'ll have the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects and grow your skills in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of engaging visual content for digital and print platforms, including but not limited to social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, layouts, and designs that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other design software to bring concepts to life.
- Support the production process by preparing files for print and web, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members to gather feedback, address revisions, and meet project deadlines.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a relevant internship/portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
