Position Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you'll play an integral role in conceptualizing and executing visual assets that communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging way. You'll take ownership of the design process, working from concept to final execution, and collaborate with our team of designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to deliver cohesive and impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Visual Communication: Create compelling graphics that effectively communicate complex concepts.
• End-to-End Design Ownership: Manage the entire design process, from initial concept to final execution.
• Brand Consistency: Translate brand and marketing requirements into consistent, on-brand visuals for various campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to create unified, cohesive campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.); experience with motion design and basic video editing/GIF creation.
• Team Skills: Experience working in an agile team environment, with a self-starter attitude.
• Aesthetic Sense: Keen eye for detail, layout, and color.
