Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced designers who are passionate about visual storytelling and brand design. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling visuals for both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Concept Development: Create visually engaging designs for social media, websites, advertisements, product packaging, and print materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work aligns with brand guidelines and helps reinforce our brand identity across all channels.
• Collaboration: Work alongside other designers, marketers, and product managers to bring ideas to life.
• Innovation & Research: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software to keep designs fresh and engaging.
• Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients, making necessary adjustments to designs as needed.

•Responsibilities may vary slightly for freshers and experienced candidates, with experienced designers handling more complex projects independently.•

Qualifications

For Freshers:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing school projects, internships, or freelance work that highlights creativity and a solid understanding of design fundamentals.

For Experienced Candidates:

• Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design within a studio, agency, or in-house design team.
• Portfolio: An established portfolio showing a range of professional work, particularly in brand and marketing designs.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools is a plus.
• Creativity: Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for detail.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Communication: Good communication skills to present ideas and receive constructive feedback.

Preferred Skills (for both levels)

• Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics tools
• Familiarity with web design principles and tools
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools

Pay: From ?8,000.00 per month
