Job Description


I. Planning and Execution:
xe2x97x8f Work on requirements from the Digital Marketing and Marketing HODs, ensuring reference content and
output expectations are met.
xe2x97x8f Create identity cards, letterheads, visiting cards, flex banners, flyers, envelope covers, file designs, office
boards, profiles for top management, award labels, and WhatsApp profiles based on master copies created by
the Creative Design Manager, while maintaining confidentiality.
xe2x97x8f Develop concepts by reviewing competitor websites and related sources.
xe2x97x8f Design layouts based on gathered references and concepts using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
xe2x97x8f Upon completion, submit creative materials to the Quality Checker for proofreading and quality assurance.
xe2x97x8f Implement required corrections and provide finalized materials to the Digital Marketing Specialist.
xe2x97x8f Share files with the Creative Design Manager and Digital Marketing team in the specified format.
xe2x97x8f Compile data lists and design creatives for public festivals, create and stock creative materials, and distribute
them to the Digital Marketing Specialist during festival times.
xe2x97x8f Compile data lists, design creatives for birthday posters, create and stock creative materials, and distribute
them to the Creative Design Manager and Digital Marketing team for publication.
xe2x97x8f Design cover images and community posts for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram videos.
xe2x97x8f Create posters for job requirements provided by the HR department.
xe2x97x8f Support design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and
deadlines.
xe2x97x8f Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team to foster
innovation and creativity.
xe2x97x8f Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed to
achieve desired outcomes.
xe2x97x8f Maintain organized project files and documentation, including design briefs, style guides, and asset libraries.
xe2x97x8f Participate in internal design reviews with the team to critique work and gather constructive feedback.
xe2x97x8f Review the task list, set priorities for the day, and instruct the team accordingly.
xe2x97x8f Make necessary adjustments and refinements to designs based on received feedback.
xe2x97x8f Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team to foster
