Graphic DesignerChennai, IndiaWe are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join one of our clients! This role focuses on crafting user-centric web experiences that convert visitors into leads and customers. As a designer with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, you\'ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our corporate website and acquired brands.Your Impact:

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand user journeys and design strategically for conversions.
• Translate complex information and brand messages into visually compelling and easy-to-understand web pages and landing pages.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for user testing and feedback iteration.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity across all designs.
• Utilize best practices in UI/UX design to create intuitive and user-friendly web experiences.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of design style guides and UI component libraries.
• Work collaboratively with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and design best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience designing web pages and landing pages with a focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
• 2+ years of experience creating graphics for use in digital advertising in both static and dynamic formats.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a proven ability to create visually engaging and user-friendly web experiences.
• In-depth knowledge of web design principles (accessibility, responsiveness, best practices)
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
• A good understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus points for experience with A/B testing and design analytics.
