Re'equil offers reliable and effective personal care formulations so that people look good in their own skin and feel even better.Re'equil is a direct to consumer (D2C) beauty and personal care brand. Founded in 2018, we are self-funded profitable company scaling new heights. We are currently a team of 30 based out of Chandigarh.Key Responsibilities

• Produce creative layouts and design based on inputs from brand manager, requiring conceptualization of ideas in preparation of original art for electronic documents.
• Effectively creating layouts with strong typography and appropriate use of color, images and fonts, allowing for readability
• Learning "state-of-the-art" techniques, equipment, best practices and developments within the design community
• Conceptualize and create artwork for all conversion aspects of marketing like social content, banners, online ads, and email newsletters

Qualification & Skills Required

• BA/BFA in Graphic Design/Art or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, etc.)
• A practical understanding of all digital mediums
• The ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping keen attention to detail
• Translate the brand in visually stunning and convincing design for web, offline advertising, packaging, and all other touchpoints in the customer journey
• Video Editing Experience is a must.
