Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, advertisements, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project goals and create compelling visual designs.
• Design graphics for both print and digital platforms, including web banners, infographics, logos, and email templates.
• Prepare files for production or digital publishing, ensuring high-quality resolution and accurate dimensions.
• Edit and enhance videos for marketing, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Edit photos and videos to align with branding and marketing strategies.
• Utilize Figma to create UI/UX designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and best practices to continuously improve design output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adhering to design standards.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Figma, and video editing software.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively.
• Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience with animation or motion graphics is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
