Position - Graphic Designer

Experience - 2 to 10 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Designing and strategizing for digital marketing involving social media campaigns.

Study design briefs and determine requirements.

Align projects to the team.

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

Develop illustrations, logos and other designs.

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Create images that identify a product or convey a message.

Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design.

Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.

Guiding and collaborating with the team as needed.

Works closely with clients, CS team and third-party vendors to determine the scope of work.

Skills:

Developing new and unique ideas.

Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe XD.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to give their best.

Plenty of creative ideas and an understanding of the clients' vision.

An awareness of current trends in advertising and design.

Resilience under pressure and against deadlines.

Skills in managing teams, projects and resources.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in graphic arts and design, communications or related field
