Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of international and U.S.-based design trends. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair, an eye for detail, and the ability to produce engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences. You will collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to create designs for digital, print, and multimedia projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Creative Design :
• Develop high-quality designs for brochures, flyers, social media, websites, presentations, and other marketing collateral tailored to international and U.S. audiences.
• Create visually appealing materials that align with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
• Market-Specific Customization :
• Research and implement culturally appropriate design elements for global and U.S.-specific projects.
• Ensure designs meet the standards of various target demographics and regions.
• Branding and Visual Identity :
• Maintain and enhance the company's visual identity across all platforms.
• Create templates and brand assets for internal and external use.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate with external vendors for printing and production when needed.
• Technical Proficiency :
• Use design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to produce creative assets.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Requirements
• Educational Background :
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience :
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing work for international and U.S. markets.
Skills :
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
• Knowledge of digital design trends, including social media and web design.
• Familiarity with print production processes.
Cultural Awareness :
• Awareness of design preferences and trends in different regions, particularly in the U.S.
• Ability to adapt designs to suit diverse audiences and cultural contexts.
Communication :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present and explain design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
