Job Description

Create and refine design concepts, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to ensure designs meet brand guidelines and objectives. Develop innovative and visually compelling designs that align with the brand's identity, target audience, and marketing goals. Design promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, posters, and banners to support marketing campaigns and initiatives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate project progress effectively. Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, and other professionals to create or source visuals and artwork as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives for various projects, including packaging design, print materials, digital assets, and social media content. Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas. Produce high-quality digital assets for online platforms, including website graphics, social media visuals, and email newsletters. Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets, ensuring easy access for future use.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the jewellery industry Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design projects Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and visual composition. Familiarity with digital design best practices, including web and social media platforms. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on assigned projects. Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts. Detail-oriented mind-set with strong organizational and time management abilities. Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate evolving design requirements and changing priorities.
