Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing t-shirt business. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing unique, visually appealing, and marketable t-shirt graphics that resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing, product development, and production teams to ensure the designs align with brand identity, current trends, and customer preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Creation:
• Create original, eye-catching t-shirt designs that align with the brand's identity and appeal to the target market.
• Develop and refine concepts for new collections, seasonal campaigns, and limited-edition releases.
• Design t-shirt graphics using various design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate).
• Work with typography, illustrations, graphics, and other visual elements to create high-quality designs.
• Trend Research & Concept Development:
• Stay updated on current graphic design trends, pop culture, fashion, and t-shirt design trends to ensure designs are relevant and marketable.
• Create mood boards, design briefs, and concept proposals for new product lines.
• Collaboration with Teams:
• Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to ensure designs are aligned with brand messaging and promotional strategies.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs translate well onto fabric, taking into account factors like color limitations, print methods, and material properties.
• File Preparation and Production:
• Prepare final design files for production, ensuring designs are ready for screen printing, DTG (Direct-to-Garment), or other printing methods.
• Manage design file organization and ensure accurate color profiles and specifications for print.
• Customer Interaction (Optional):
• Occasionally interact with customers or handle customer requests for custom t-shirt designs or personalized orders.
• Quality Control:
• Review and proof designs for accuracy, quality, and visual appeal before finalizing production.
• Conduct design revisions based on feedback from clients, team members, or customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven Experience : Minimum [X] years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
• Design Software Proficiency : Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with other design tools (Procreate, CorelDRAW, etc.) is a plus.
• Creative Vision : Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography with a keen eye for detail.
• T-shirt Design Experience : Prior experience designing apparel, especially t-shirts, is highly desirable. Understanding of print methods (screen printing, DTG, embroidery) is a plus.
• Trend Awareness : Ability to stay on top of current design trends, pop culture, and the fashion industry to create fresh, relevant designs.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
• Time Management : Ability to manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
