You will work closely with our marketing team to create captivating designs that resonate with our target audience across various platforms. Responsibilities: : Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for print, digital, and social media platforms including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, banners, posters, email campaigns, and website graphics. : Maintain and enhance the visual identity across all design projects, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. : Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and marketing objectives. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into compelling visual designs. : Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and competitor activities to incorporate fresh ideas and innovative design concepts into our projects. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs while meeting deadlines. : Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate necessary revisions to refine designs and optimize visual impact. : Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printing vendors to ensure accurate reproduction of designs. - Bachelor\'s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually engaging designs.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to present ideas confidently.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
