Roles & Responsibilities:
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f Strong hold on design softwares like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Working
knowledge of Figma will be a bonus.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f Develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts, using creative approaches.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f Staying up to date with design trends, typography styles and softwares.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f Ability to work independently from creative concept to execution.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f To be accountable for the work by the creative team ensuring all work is as per brand
guideline and platform's best practices.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f To work closely with the senior designers to create strong concepts from the initial
briefing.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f Together with the senior designer, work actively with all internal and external
stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of client service - from brief,
creative, design and production.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f Managing projects deliverables and key deadlines.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f Quality control.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f Strong interaction, communication and presentation skills.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f Multimedia, BMM, Arts graduate/field related. (not mandatory)Skills & Qualifications:
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f Strong designing & communication skills.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f 1-3 years of proven experience in graphic designing.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f Up-to-date with current marketing & social trends.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f Ability to come up with creative & fresh ideas.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x97\xc2\x8f Management & organizational skills: Ability to manage several projects and
interact with large teams, stakeholders, etc.any excellent intern with good portfolio will also work
