• Study design briefs and related information and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using appropriate software
• Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with content creators/writers and brand team to produce final design
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Work methodically and meet deadlines
• Create final artworks/production ready files based on initial brief - for online as well as offline medium

• Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communication etc
• 5 to 8 years of experience in graphic design
• Experience in an advertising agency will be preferred (not mandatory)
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma,Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
