We are expanding our marketing team which will play an important role in the company\'s brand and business growth at a global scale. The Senior Graphics Designer will create visual representations with the design team that create compelling, targeted, and easy-to-understand communication. The visual representation should capture the company information, including, but not limited to: logos, brochures, newsletters, flyers, advertisements, and other company and product-related graphics. Responsibilities Develop Captivating Designs Produce creative design solutions while ensuring consistency across all platforms Create assets from concept to completion by following applicable brand standards and guidelines Work with the team to develop a responsive website and provide assets for content created for product and business requirements Assist with visual marketing materials such as a logo, website, banner ads, video ads, email content, infographics, key visuals, etc. Have a knack for creating information designs Plan and Manage Design Tasks Lead, develop, and execute graphic design projects communicating the company\'s products and services Manage the design tasks at the Marketing team to ensure timely delivery of each design task Leadership Inspire, motivate, and lead designers to deliver the best designs, adhering to the guidelines and working together to upskill and grow in the organization Think and work as a system through inter and intra-department collaborations Must-have: 3 years of experience in digital graphic design.
