At Nurture and Foster Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to turn ideas and concepts into visually captivating designs. The role requires expertise in creating visual content for both print and digital media, using the latest design software and techniques. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with the ability to produce high-quality designs that resonate with our brand and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

• Create compelling graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Conceptualize and execute visually appealing layouts aligned with brand guidelines.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements.
• Transform concepts into professional designs that convey the intended message.

High-Quality Output:

• Produce high-resolution graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet creative and technical standards.

Trend Awareness:

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and on-brand designs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a related creative role.
• In-depth understanding of visual design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into impactful visual designs.
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Expertise in designing for both digital and print platforms.
• A degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

• Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ownership of an upgraded laptop equipped with the necessary design software.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
